RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES
• All products that have been purchased through www.recotoner.cl have a three-month warranty valid from the date of purchase of the product.
• For Open Box products the guarantee is 3 months from purchase, and 10 days for return if the product has no use. If you want to apply the warranty for equipment failure or return, the customer must send the product to our technical service to verify whether or not the warranty for factory defects applies. The technical service has up to 30 days to review and repair. Shipping cost is the customer's.
• The product warranty applies to failures attributable to the manufacturing of the product and not to poor handling.
• Products purchased at www.recotoner.cl that are defective may be returned to our main warehouse located at Lo Echevers 280, Quilicura.
• To make the return effective, it will be necessary to present the receipt and/or invoice that proves the purchase.
• The product to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, clean, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Toner Recotoner supplies that have manufacturing defects, during the three-month warranty period, will be tested and analyzed in our technical supplies department.
• Once the return has been made, the customer may choose to receive a product for the same value as the returned product, or for a higher value, paying only the difference.
